Services Provided:
- Preventive health care sreenings such as physicals, sports exams, CDL exams, immunizations
- Chronic disease management for high blood pressure, diabetes, coronary artery disease, etc,.
- Acute illness and/or injury management on a same day basis: fevers, colds, cuts, bruises, strains ad sprains, etc.
- Allergy injections
- Vaccinations for all patients, with or without insurance, including new vaccines for Seniors
- Prescription and Over-The-Counter medication services
We are pleased to announce that starting September 2010, we will have an allergist/immunologist seeing patients at Deschutes Rim Clinic periodically to help us manage those with asthma, COPD and allergies. His office in Gresham will be billing for his evaluations, we will schedule the patients, and we will continue to see and treat our patients as before, now just with expert help!
It is my hope that we will eventually be able to recruit other specialists to see patients in our clinic on a defined schedule.
It is the intention of Deschutes Rim Health Clinic to offer as much same day services, in addition to appointments, as possible with one full-time provider.
Our in-house medications are for prescriptions we write as we are not a pharmacy, and cannot bill insurance for our medications; we can, however, give you a receipt which you can turn in to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Most of our costs are similar to what you would normally pay as your co-pay or at other larger retail pharmacies.
We need 24-HOUR PRESCRIPTION REFILL NOTICE, but if you are traveling in the area and forgot your medications, we may be able to help you. Please stop in or call us.
